Services Offered
Therapy
Individual, couple, or family sessions. These sessions take place online via a HIPAA compliant Zoom platform. This option is designated for individuals to process and work through life stressors. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Insurance*: I accept several forms of insurance. Submit your insurance information to see what your financial responsibility would be. Please see the list below for accepted insurances.
Self-Pay: $200 for 55 minutes and payment is due after services are rendered.
*Due to insurance laws and regulations, a client’s insurance can only be billed directly by me if they reside in Virginia or Florida. While insurance can not be billed directly for non-Virginia or Florida residents and client’s whose insurance I am not paneled with, a Superbill can be provided so that out-of-network benefits can be claimed for those who have out-of-network coverage.
Diagnostic Assessment
Diagnostic Assessments for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Personality Disorders, and other major disorders. These assessments include the actual assessment as well as feedback session. These assessments take place online via a HIPAA compliant Zoom platform. This option is designated for individuals who want to gather more insight into their difficulties and symptoms. Diagnostic assessments can be used alongside individual therapy or as a stand-alone service.

Supervision
Clinical supervision provided to Masters level clinicians and therapists in training in Virginia. Please call, text, or email if you are interested in clinical supervision.
